Join MMA or general combat gym. If there isn't then learn boxing/kick-boxing on its own (or Muay Thai) and also learn grappling sports on the side

Join an established MMA gym, they'll normally do different martial arts on different days (e.g. kickboxing one day, jiu jitsu the other) so you can try out different ones then see which one you enjoy

start BJJ, Muay thai, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling etc

A good MMA practisioner knows all of these, its better to learn them independently first and then to an MMA club rather than just to an MMA club

1- you need a coach with a lot of exeprience to correct each of your mistakes
2- youll need partner for drills (which is imo even more important than sparring)
3- youll need different sparring partners to find mistakes and find your style

and many other things that im too lazy to list.
