How can I get lean while building muscle?

I recently bulked up for the second time.
Got really big and was pretty happy with my size but also got very disappointed with the fat.
I have been eating healthy for the past 2 months now but I have also lost ALOT of muscle.
I started out with 15 inch biceps but now they are around 14, I need to bulk up again to reach 15 inch biceps but I want to gain minimal fat.
How?

I will do weightlifting on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I will do Muay Thai.

Everyday, do cardio for like an hour or two a day, then weight lift for an hour, and eat good, you don't have to eat 100% clean. It all depends on your metabolism, are you not naturally skinny? Bulking up makes you fat no matter what

My midsection is like a barrel. Kinda like jason statham.

Go back in time, then wiith newbie gains u will put on on muscle mass while cutting.
