how can I get more CCW rotation to fix my downwardly grown side profile?

my front profile is fine, i dont have a problem with that at all, its just my side profile

My ramus is pretty ideal, but since my CCW rotation is cooked it causes my chin to appear recessed, lips to pop out more, and my nose to droop down causes a hooked nose appearance.

it literally just fucks up my side profile so bad. Ive lowk js been lookin at ppl straight on to avoid any looks to my sideprofile
