How can i get more defenitio on my jaw and ckeekbones

I'm turning 16 next month but I want to look better by the end of the summer.I have high set cheekbones,almond eyes with a natural canthal tilt.My ramus is average not too long but not too short either,I have got good forward growth and an average symmetrical face which l will fix with braces.I am overweight but currently on a diet.
