Don't think so although purely (you prob don't actually mog him entirely) eye area comparison yours is better than Malik's (better ipd and UUE), maybe you could try to shape your eyebrows to be as similar as possible or grow them with minoxidil only real thing if you really want anything and coloured contacts obv

can't really see ur eyebrows but definitely UUE and ipd though urs are more ideal but the features he has over you is shape which is subjective imo and less under eye redness unless thats just lighting idek if there's a good possible hardmax other than eyebrow lift but imo would descend you (would technically be closer but not better)

Please post eye area from neutral angle it looks good

Thicker eyebrows, take care of your lashes, get an oil or smth to apply to the hair near the eyes to make it shiny, get your skin not red if your aren't race locked
