You’re probably going through puberty, so hormonal spikes are totally normal and that’s what’s causing the acne.

Best thing you can do is drink a lot of water and cut out sugar or processed shit that messes with your insulin.

Cutting out dairy helped me a ton too.

And for products, get some benzoyl peroxide (like PanOxyl) and just spot treat with it, that’s what a derm would tell you to do anyway.
