cant see with that filter, but if you mean eyebags fraud with concelear bb/cc cream ordinary caffiene serum for less puffyness and hardmaxx with surgery fatgraft/plastic

what could help is:

• getting 7 plus hours of sleep
• staying hydrated and using sunscreen
• applying eye cream with caffeine,vitamin c or retinol
• cold compresses or color correcting concealer gives instant coverage

could visit dermatologist for prescription creams aswell if needed

thats not so bad very easily frauded with make up if you wanna go that route since its not super puffy and not super discolored
