How can I get rid of my oily skin and smile lines?

I’m 15 years old and I already have very visible smile lines and oily skin especially around my nose area that makes my smile lines look even worse. Can volufiline help with smile lines?? I know there’s no shot my parents let me get Botox or filler or anything so unfortunately that’s off the table for now. I’m already on 0.1% tret but I’m still in the purging phase and can’t tell if that’s helping or not yet. Any help is appreciated.
