how can i get rid of upper eyelid exposure and get thicker eyebrows?

im 14 so i cant get procedures but i can do softmaxes what can i do? i have a bit eyelid exposure looking foward and up but a lot looking slightly down and my eyebrows are patchy and not many hairs idk if its the color but most of them look

i do wanna do accutane but it can close growth plates and im 5'2 and wanna reach atleast 5'11 which is my predicted height
