theres this girl in my art class and shes really pretty she is probably on the same level of atractiveness that i am but im scared to walk up to her or do somthing irl what should i do im in sophmore year

im honestly so scared of talking to girls that i like i get shakey and then start getting red i feel like im bouta vomite like even these two girls walked up to me and they looked really good and wanted my number and i legit started walking the other direction and said my moms coming to me

cball I know that the interest in and of itself is for you a boost in ego just know also that the dopamine infusion leads to nowhere and all will remain just as it is if you follow it with nothing in the way of meaningful action; as for the shakey shi that's normal for me it's like a rush of blood to my ears to the point where I hear nothing; that's natural and there's nothing you can do about it save for manning up however you do for any other dangerous insurmountable(seemingly)thing you had done prior to your talking to the girl
