How Can I Grow Taller During Puberty

Im 14, 5ft 7 inches ( 170 cm ) and I want to get to atleast 5ft 11 ( 180 cm ).
At the moment im only taking magnesium, calcium, Vitamin C, D and Zink aswell as Protein.
Any further suggestions on ways to Heightmax without taking Drugs?

My advice is get off this site if your 14 you will develop terrible body dysmorphia if you don’t have it already

5’7 at 14 is pretty good you’ll probably just grow naturally
