how can i grow taller

right now i’m 15 (turn 16 in july) and i measure at abt 5’8 and i was wondering the best ways to grow, i get good sleep every night before school about 9:30 sometimes 10 and wake up at 5:30 i run a lot i play basketball i drink lots of milk im just wondering genuine advice to help plz

How tall are your parents? Your current lifestyle is good, but I don't think it's gonna help you grow any taller my man.
