Most of the changes I noticed was my neck getting pulked back and skin tightening under my jaw to get a chad jawline. I noticed a little bit of under eye support. I was also breathing through my nose and chewing gum. Other than that I don't think it will move your maxilla that much.

With both hands grab your head, put your neck in a chin tuck position, then push your head down hard while trying to keep your neck as straight as possible, all while pressing your tongue hard on the roof of your mouth.

I’ve been Mewing for over 3 years. During this time, my face has gotten more downward-grown, my midface looks longer than it looked before. Mewing did nothing for me.

Only good change that happened in these recent years is that my brow ridge got like 1 mm more forward-grown, but that’s not due to Mewing.
