I really need help with this, my current diet is based on trans/saturated fats, non-organic/processed foods full of sugars, sodium and carbs (in excess), with synthetic preservatives, etc. Things that are really too much for my body (my stomach is very sensitive and/or I'm just intolerant to certain foods) and I just can't process/digest them and this is affecting not only my health, but also my appearance.
How can I healthpill my parents to be able to obtain organic and natural foods? What are the best foods/meals that I should consume and obtain (besides red meat, eggs, dairy and viscera/organs ) in full puberty in order to reach my maximum genetic potential, improve my health and be able to fix all my problems caused for my early childhood?
