Hello guys so this is my first post here because i am very desperate and I dont know what to do anymore... Im barely 5"6 at 16 yo and I wanted to know if i still have the chance to grow a bit taller. I was at the doctors and he told me that my growth plates or whatever it is called arent closed yet but i dont think it will make me grow that much anymore, so are there any other chances for me like taking specific supplements etc. to maybe boost the growth a bit? Please let me know if you know how it would help me a lot since i felt fucking miserable my whole life because of being short, thanks a lot guys!

If you can control your glucose mk677, it may help although it doesn't promise anything. I am currently taking it but I don't think it will increase since I am 19

How tall are your parents? if they are the average height than maybe 5'6 is not your final heigth, maybe theres room for more?
the best you can do is Optimize ypur Hormones, Eat clean, get your vitamins, aim for atleast 120gm+ of protein.
do strength training, cardio & stretches(calisthenics, masai jumps, High seated cycling, Bone remodeling).
if you can, try Mk677(Increases HGH, IGF-1)
Aromates Inhibitors(it will keep your growth plates open)
Keep your estrogen balanced and Testosterone High.
Also Take Vitamin D3 with k2.
this is all mostly water, but its all pretty much there is to "heightmaxx" naturally.

Why are you taking it if you don’t think it will increase height?

Thanks for the advice, my mother is 164cm and my father 176cm...My test is actually pretty high and I already do a lot of calesthenics and strength training and currently take around 140g of protein a day. I also always make sure to get my vitamins and always eat clean and no processed foods.. I am thinking about trying MK but i dont know where to get it and most importantly if it has any bad side effects or long term health issues...i will definitly try the other things you named

considering your parents' height, you shouldn't be 5'6.. 5'9 or 5'10 should be your genetic potential. max out your lifestyle, get all the essential vitamins, do bone growth promoting exercises, and sleep 9-10 hours everyday. if you can, try to get the Mk677 and Aromatase inhibitors ASAP. also im still researching on this topic cause im kind of in the same situation as you
i haven't found anything so good so far but i found that the Mk4 form of the VITAMIN K2 can HIGHLY Promote new bone Formation by increasing osteoblasts and reducing osteoclast activity in the bones. so if you can, try to get both Mk4+Mk7 Of Vitamin K2 it should help you.
I'll make a post here or on my profile if i find anything Valuable.
