This sounds like a very general question so let me give you a bit of info. Currently, I am 15 (soon to be 16) and am standing at 5'11. With a 6'1 dad and a 5'4.5 mom my predicted adult height is about 6'0 to 6'1. But let's take the lower estimate to be safe. If I do no heightmaxxing, I will end up 6'0. Which isn't really that bad but it's not really that good either.

My goal for heightmaxxing is 6'1 - 6'3.

But, there are two things I can do now or in the future to assure I gain 1 inch and make it to 6'1 (When I am an adult). Those being:

#1: Taking Chondroitin, Glucosamine, MSM and maybe SAM-e -

For Chondroitin, Glucosamine and MSM, they don't really add height (as you probably know), they just maintain your morning height throughout the day.

MSM: I am pretty sure that MSM is safe to take during puberty.
Chondroitin: There is conflicting info about Chondroitin (whether it is good or bad to take during puberty) on this forum, so if someone could clarify if it is safe to take during puberty, I would appreciate it.
Glucosamine: I am pretty sure that Glucosamine suppresses IGF-1 so I think you should wait until like you are 20 to take it.

For SAM-e, I don't really know much about it -

SAM-e: I am pretty sure it increases something called "DNA-Methylation"? I only researched for a bit, but the two benefits I found were that reduced DNA-Methylation led to growth plate senescence (which basically means that the longitudinal growth of bones slows down and eventually stops). Another benefit I found was that it increases cartilage production/repair. So the repair part would help with maintaining morning height I think? But the production could possibly give you an increase in height. I searched on Google (they have an AI now) and it said that the cartilage at the end of the long bones is responsible for height growth and could also improve height. (I doubt it would be by that much though). There is also a lot of cartilage in the spine.

From what I have seen on this forum and what seems the most logical, you could probably gain 0.5 - 1 inch of height from this. But let's take the low increase for now. I have a 0.5-inch increase, what next?

#2: Stretching -

This also isn't really increasing your height, but if you have bad posture, you could stand straighter and be a bit "taller". I found this good thread (which I will follow btw) that has good info about increasing your height with stretching. Here: https://looksmax.org/threads/height-gains-from-stretching-measured-increase.137271/

But just as a quick summary, it basically said that muscle tightness and other factors could lead to a reduced height. From what I have seen on this forum and what makes sense, you could probably gain about 0.5 - 1 inch of height from this too. But let's take the low increase.

That means if I only do this stuff, I could probably make it to 6'1. Which is technically "in my goal range", but that height overall isn't really that impressive with height inflation.

Some other common heightmaxxing methods are:

Taking HGH, AI's, MK-677, Thyroid Hormone, microfractures, vitamins, etc. I am not really financially struggling so buying isn't really a problem (Except for like HGH). My problem would be the side effects of these for the benefit I am getting (people always seem to ignore this)...

Let's go through what I know so far:

HGH: HGH, it costs thousands of dollars. So I would have to convince my parents to buy it (but they are high inhib). Also it could lead to acromegaly.

AI's: I would have to get blood tests every month which would be kind of hard (my parents are high inhib). And it could also make my bones weaker and I play sports in highschool, which could make my bones more fragile. Also causes hairloss, and.... I don't really know much else. I used to research this but I forgot all of my info.

I know there is Arimidex, Letrozole and Aromasin. And that Arimidex and Letrozole have estrogen rebound (which basically means that if you miss a non steroidal AI dose, your E will spike which could lead to early growth plate closure). So it's riskier. But Aromasin doesn't have rebound, but it permanently lowers your E levels. Which could have a lot of side effects. Also, lowering estrogen could affect bonemass on the face.

MK-677: It basically increases the secretion of GH and IGF-1. It is also much cheaper than buying HGH straight, but a lot of people say it is cope. Which I don't personally understand, since MK increases HGH and when you inject HGH, you are like increasing HGH. I don't know though. But for me personally, I am not sure it is worth the risk. Because my grandfather (on my mother's side) has Type 2 diabetes. And MK can increase the likelihood of developing it too. It also increases bloating.

Thyroid Hormone: Don't really know anything at all about this though. If someone could give some more info about this, I would appreciate it. But I think it increases bone age when you take it, but it also increases height growth. Some info I found:

"In a case report done on a 12-year-old with hypothyroidism, it was shown that anastrozole was highly effective in delaying epiphyseal fusion after the child’s bone age was severely advanced after experiencing rapid catch up growth due to T4 supplementation and skeletal maturation. Originally, the 12-year-old boy with hypothyroidism had a bone age of six years old and was only growing about an inch a year. They decided to put this boy onto T4 because of this, and after two years, at 14 years old and 2 months, he had a bone age of 13 years old. His growth rate skyrocketed quickly to 9.9cm a year, however, the rapid bone age advancement was concerning, so they decided to put him on 1 mg of Anastrozole a day, to delay epiphyseal fusion. Shockingly, at 15 years old and 9 months, his bone age was only 13 years old and 6 months. And then at 16 years old and 5 months, his bone age was only 14 years old and 6 months. However, this was caused because they increased this boy’s T4 dose even more. They eventually took this child off anastrozole, so in three years, his bone age advanced only 1.5 years, despite increased T4 doses."

Microfractures:
I will probably be trying this (even if it is cope), because it wouldn't really hurt to try. Planning on skipping rope, doing biking and raising the seat over time and maybe masai jumps. And sleeping with legs off of my bed with ankle weights.

Vitamins: Pretty self-explanatory.

My current plan:

Time of Day Supplements
MorningVitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Fish Oil, Copper, B12 (Optional)
After SchoolVitamin C, Zinc Picolinate
After DinnerCalcium, Fish Oil (optional)
Before BedMagnesium Glycinate, Ashwagandha

SO BACK TO MY MAIN QUESTION: How can I heightmaxx at 15 (soon to be 16) to gain just 1 - 2 inches on top of the 2 inches I could already gain (from natural growth and from the 2 first methods)? But please take into account the potential side effects and the benefits I could gain. Like literally just 1 more inch would be alright.

IF I GOT ANY INFO WRONG, AM OVER-INFLATING THE DANGER OF CERTAIN METHODS, OR HAVE MISSED ANYTHING IMPORTANT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Anyways, that's it. :p

(P.S. I kept calling my parents high inhib, but I think I am too )

Yeah I'm honestly in the same boat here, I'm 16 soon to be 17 and I'm 183cm. However my mum is 5'1 and my dad is 5'7 so I'm scared I'm not gonna grow any taller.

Lmk if you find any solid resolutions, but in all honesty you're set for height. Being 5'11 at 15 will mean you reach a MINIMUM of 6'2 especially considering your dad is 6'1.

I don't really know though, I am going to be 16 pretty soon. And also, my adult predicted height is 6'0. I already passed my older brother though so I'm not sure.

Also, the fact you made it to 6ft with two short parents is a miracle.

Yeah I was like 5'10 when I was 15 and now I'm 6'0.6 at near 19

Sleep at least 8 hours everynight, and do not stay up past 2 am.

Don't stare at any screens 1 hour before bedtime and if you are really brainrotted and need screens before bedtime get some blue light glasses and turn the yellow night time tint on your device on.

If you really want to heightmaxx you need to get quality sleep.

But these things aren't really that accurate, and i also estimated your weight. Your predicted adult height is about 183 cm based on this. But considering you are pretty tall for your age, and you have tall ancestors in your family, you might get to 185- 188. If you are lucky. Just optimize your sleep. Like you really need to aim for those 8 hours minimum. The work at your age isn't worth loosing sleep over (I assume you are in like grade 9 - 10). Just look around on the forum for heightmaxxing advice.

I'm in 11th grade, also I remeasured and I'm 183cm barefoot, again, this is all from terrible sleep and diet, roughly a 1 month ago I had to undergo gallbladder removal and I ended up sleeping 12 hours a night for a week straight and grew 1.5cm.

thats how

Thread: https://looksmax.org/threads/does-t4-thyroid-hormone-have-any-role-in-pubertymaxxing.1038111/

Microfractures: I will probably be trying this (even if it is cope), because it wouldn't really hurt to try.

(P.S. I kept calling my parents high inhib, but I think I am too )
all cope, only LL or insoles arre the way...

Bro my parents are The exact same height as urs im 2 months into 16 but I havent grown in like half a year ijm 177cm rn and my growth plates are closed my goal is 183cm Do u have any advice for me ?

yo

u cant ascend if your not willing to even take drugs lmfao theres people on here that are performing diy surgery me myself i will be doing fat dissolving injections soon

take an AI you dont need that blood test everymonth

i would say mk677 but someone in your family had diabetes so no
Bro can u look at my posts and tell me what u think ? tryna take mk677 at 16 to grow 6 cm

Don't forget to shove Fentanyl up your ass so your body reacts to it and triggers a growth spurt ,so you become 10'7 tall which is the average height, according to foids

just go to your doctor and ask the best way to keep your growth plates open, he helped me a ton tbf

is there any other peptides i could take which wouldn't pose the same risk? also, what were the downsides you faced while taking ghrp and cjc, or that you have heard of in general?
nah all peptides do that, just berberine and take saturday sunday off, probably water retention and hand tingling at night.

This is not true, I was 5’11 at 15. I’m still 5’11 two years later

2 liters of milk a day, d3 k2 magnesium 180g protein. all you need to grow

enclo, mk677 or some gh secretagouge, anavar, aromasin only things you need in life 😉 if you don’t want diabetes from mk maybe don’t eat like shit

How is your parents so short and u are tall asf
What sports do u play what do u eat ?

Your growth plates close at around 20 you are 15 and almost your predicted height and you will probably grow taller then that if you keep growing. This is just retarted

Buying HGH gummies or pills could help give you the necessary vitamins for growing, but also I read somewhere that taking aromatase inhibitor, which are estrogen blockers helps. This is because estrogen is what makes your growth plates primarily close, and using this could delay the closing and give you more time to grow.
