Hello,
I did an hair transplant (7 months ago) and my first rhinoplasty (3 years ago).
31 years old from Italy (born and raised here, im not from Turkey), had a rhinoplasty which left me with fibrosis (in profile now is much better but from the front it's way bigger than before). I'm 6'0.

I would like some advice to improve: filler (lips, facelift, jaw etc. do they work), surgery, and stuff like that. Now I'm kinda too scared to go for a second rhino.
Also, should I do something for my chin?

Any real advice is appreciated.

Do you by chance have a deepbite or any other occlusional issues? By rhe look of it you seem to have some occlusional issues going on

Low LTN.

Some serious problems to address here.

First of all you look high body fat. This is one of your biggest problems.

Second of all there looks like some serious occlusion problem going on. Your chin looks way too overly projected even from the front view, and you fail some lip assessments.

Your orbitals lack a lot of support. Infraorbital & supraorbital implants will address this issue.

Looks like you have Slight NCT which contributes to this droopy face your face looks. This can only be resolved with a Canthoplasty.

You also may need a lip lift as your philtrum is quite long

Every surgery you have in your eye area increases your chances of being botched

Are these surgeries dangerous?

Orbital implants are a bit invasive but they're quite tame compared to other surgeries.

Cantho is quite risky. Mostly due to how easy it is to get botched. A bad Canthoplasty can give you a perma-squinting look which is not ideal.

Look at Frank Tufano for an example on what not to get. However, he also got orbital decompression so take that into mind as well.

Lip lift will give you some scarring but it heals with time. this is a widely available "normie" surgery with low risk.

But I personally think you should look into any possible dentofacial problems first. Get a 3D scan of your skull done and start talking to surgeons.

What about filler and stuff like that? For sure they are less invasives
