how can i improve my eye area? is a medial canthus slit worth it

ik my canthal tilt is super neutral but i just want to know what i can do to make a significant change to my eye area to improve it (excuse the hair i took the photo last night) and is cutting my medial canthus worth it? and if so what tools r the most efficient

dont cut it, medial canthus is the smallest thing that ruin your eyey and unless u are still in puberty u cant change your eyes without surger but if u really want to cut it make sure your hands and thing u cutting it with is desinfected and cleaned

Dont cut it dawg. You need to do it many many times before it actually stays because it will heal.
The pain of being rejected is smaller than cutting several times trust
