I would say moisturizing is good.It reduced my darkness a bit.
Other than that good sleep.
Also Cold weather is supossed to make it darker but whatever

Thicker eyebrows and eyelashes, get castor oil and latisse. You don't need any surgery, i doubt taban would even operate on you.

You can try derma pen or retin-a just for under your eyes. Ice heard it has helped darkness. And actually derma pen has helped my darkness a little bit tbh, but I only did it once.
