Pretty brutal ngl, train eye muscles properly, grow lashes, testmaxx and wear coloured contacts

There is nothing you can do except maintain and surgery. As you get older and receive more sun damage, your eye area will droop and you will develop eye bags. So take care of your eye area. I wouldn't surgery unless you are mentally ill and rich enough
