How can I improve my eye area

I have blonde hair and dark blonde eyebrows and eyelashes, black would look stupid if I was to dye my brows and lashes, what do you guys reccomend?
Also trying to grow my brows and lashes more.
Anyone have a protocol they have found works for them?

If ur able to you should try black dye or maybe use ai to see what it would look like on you
