Dye your eyebrows darker + brush them so they are straight and not curved.

Fix your under eye or eye bags and thicken your eye lashes and eyebrows and darkened them and curl them bc from this pic it looks like your canthal tilt looks neutral or slightly negative by curling them you’ll make them look more positive
