How can i improve my eyebrows?

I tried putting castor oil for a month and it seems to work. Though my eyebrows still look thin in clear lighting (lower pic). I cant understand if i miss thickness, lenght or if i need darker brows and what i can do for it.

Use derma stamp and also minoxidil. Then dye your eyebrows pitch black.

Idk about minoxidl tho , i heard about side effects and i dont know which one to buy. thanks btw, ill try give it a better look
