How can I improve my eyes? Fat grafting?

I have eyebags since I was young, the right eye is kinda hooded but left is asymmetrical. I'm going to do a consult soon for fat grafting but I'm not really sure what would be optimal here, don't wanna look more asian either.

I'm talking about for my case. I'm worried if I do in the upper eyelids I will look fully asian (I'm white but sometimes people think I'm part asian)

u dont have that much upper eyelid exposure so idk why u thought about that
just get longer eyelashes if u want thats a good fraud
