How can I improve my face ? [pics] [short face syndrome?]

Hi guys. I’m usually wearing a medium long beard and frauding with it. See picture 3 (sometimes even longer).
Everyone when I shave my beard, I look like a children who has no chin/short face.

Do I need surgery? Are fillers and implants enough?
Sorry for the bad pictures, the short beard pictures are 8 months old, I had high and hgh bloat!
Maybe you can see if I am recessed badly. Don’t recommend me 10 surgeries because I won’t get them. I want to do 2-3 realistic procedures.

My soft Max plan is loosing more weight, minoxidil for eyebrows (I have bright and thin eyebrows), probably fillers to see how my chin changes and maybe veneers or bleaching.

Also getting medium long curly hair for the winter and probably Mt2 (I used it 2021 and I liked the look).
