you look pretty young and you’re pretty decent looking around that age so just max ur health by following the four beauty quadrants, going to the gym, eating 3-5 non processed nutrient and mineral dense foods, do cardio but NOT high intensity just do some low speed kinda high incline on the treadmill, go outside for at least 2 hours everyday, drink milk, 16:8 eating time frame, fasted walks and sprints, 3-4L of water, sleeping 8-9h every night, get a good spf50 no chemicals and a good moisturizer, and use the app “Cronometer” it’s the best food tracking app and really helps. Also stay in a calorie maintenance and if you try to bulk up don’t do an insane calorie surplus only a slight and do a lean bulk.
