there is no better advice, surgery is the only way. injectables wont move bone, if you are downgrown it cant magically make change the way your bones grew

he looks not a day older than 15, his bones haven’t grown in and can be changed, mewing pushes the maxilla back up (as you should of done since you were born) and premolar biting does same thing as bite blockers

your bone positioning is decided way before 15 but bone growth and movement is of course possible at a young age like 15 but imo such a drastic change is impossible
