How can i improve my symmetry after mastic gum cooked me

Idk how well this pic shows it but my left masseter is significantly larger than my right. This is because i used to chew mastic gum on my left side a lot. I am not sure how to fix it, i was thinking to use a jaw trainer but only put resistance on the right side but i feel like i will just get tmj.

do i chew on the other side with mastic or jaw trainers or does it not matter. Also how do i avoid getting tmj last time i used jaw trainer my jaw hurt so fucking much i had to pop like 10 ibuprofen

I have no idea, I just mean chewing normally

just chew till ur back to normal

That means you went overboard. Don’t chew hard gum/trainers as much as you did. And when it does happen, don’t eat anything hard or chewy for a few days.

Iqlet 😭😭😭 dont use mastic gum or a jaw trainer on your smaller side only chew food
 
Dudes jaw was killing him but he continued chewing mastic gum :love:

i mean i been chewing on my right side for ages but i dont think the stimulus is large enough for hypertrophy
 
I thought you were still fucked up from tmj, use mastic gum or a jaw trainer on the smaller side unless it hurts
nah nah its better now i just had pain that one time because i went hard as fuck prolly. Im just start really low intensity and volume and see what happens. stretching, massaging and rest pretty much made it go away on the left and right.
