How can i improve or fraud eye area without surgery or filler

I've been thinking about cutting medial canthus

This is not the best picture to determine what you'll need to improve on in the context of your face, especially when only one eye is shown. But based on this, what I would say is to thicken your eyebrows with minox and rosemary and repeat the same process for your eyelashes. Consider Latisse if you aren't satisfied with the results of that, but beware that it can melt the fat by your eyes if misapplied and worsen your eye area. IDK if it's a one-off thing, but I would try to address the irritation your skin has and consider something to darken your skin tone. Darker skin equals greater contrast with your eyes, which highlights them. Whether its just getting more sun, or using a gradual tanning lotion, or even melanotan. Also, whitening teeth will help with improving the contrast. Also, your sclerae in this picture are a bit bloodshot. This negative health indicator has a pretty big impact on your attractiveness. It can make you look ill or crazy. Try to get good sleep and don't rub your eyes. If you want to one-off fraud the shade of white in your sclera, use the Lumify eye drops. I wouldn't recommend DIYing any hard maxes. Please go to a good surgeon if you are considering anything serious like that or a canthoplasty.
