not really bro, you can try BB cream and caffeine serum to reduce the bags but it's always gonna nerf your side profile without implants or filler. i'd consider working on your dimorphism, hop in the gym bro, consider taking tren with a test base + ai who knows you might get some good bone mass out of it.

before and after morph, slightly fixed dimo, chin implant, lower bodyfat and maybe some accutane to reduce nose size and get rid of your slight acne. also start with some oral minox to get your eyebrows and eyelashes a little thicker combined with squintmaxxing to bring the natural resting position of your eyebrows down and reduce UEE. your lacking under eye area is easily forgettable with these changes, I added some contour to your jawline and ramus area which can be mimicked with good face and neck posture
