How can I increase my height naturally?

A month ago I turned 16 and I'm approximately 1.65 tall and I want to see how I can grow naturally since I don't have the money for supplements and tests.

raw meat and raw milk with raw eggs and pineapple

Only thing you can do is wait till you get older to see if you get taller, also consider LL even you get older.
 
natural aromatase inhibitor, and diet that will increase ur igf1 (high protein + spiking insulin with sugar ideally after u get hgh spike) sun exposure and animal fat consumption so you will get more vitamin d absorption. also low stress (ideally)


supplements are mostly cope, you can the most important once from food: for example you eggs, they're affordable and easy to get( eat 6+ a day, also ideally with other high nutrient foods, just spam them all day long) , drink them raw or boil for 2 min so you will get most of vitamins from them, you can eat the egg shell for calcium and the membrane for collagen.
for aromatase inhibitor: cocao, grape/seeds, coffee/black tee, pomegranate juice, high boron foods, flavonoids.

if you didn't eat healthy (meat,dairy,eggs most important ) all this time this might help u a lot 5+ cm if already done all that maybe aromatase inhibitors will help you to grow more and for longer (for me i grew 2-3 cm without the perfect conditions, sleep, stress etcc...)

most of this shit is easy to get, helped me grow 2-3 cm (I'm 15) without the perfect conditions (sleep, stress etc..)
 
16 and half, and didn't grew for half a year before. plus short parents 172cm 153cm, I'm 178 rn. also started puberty early
