How can I increase overall bone density at 16

I need more bone mass especially in my face. How can i do this safely without expensive supplements or steroids

A very clean diet, eat carbs from fruit and white rice/potatoes and keep protein+fats high, chicken and pork is garbage

Of course working out as well, lift heavy weights and another sort of high intensity workout.

Why is chicken garbage? It has good amounts of creatine and is a lean protein. Not trynna be rude I'm really just curious.
