How can i increase the contrast of my eye color?

So i got like green/brown but its more brown ig and is there something that i can take to increase the contrast and male them more green im to lazy to search it up just tell me

I think theres 2 approaches to this
whitening sclera to increase contrast
actual eye colour
for actual eye colour you could get

1. eye colour changing surgery
2. Carotenoids (only changes shit if you are deficient in them and you fix deficiency if you arnt then pointless)
3. Contacts (kinda frauding tho)

for whitening the sclera you could

1. reduce eye strain
2. get more sleep
3. Vasoconstrictor drops like lumify
