my grades are all a's and b's, I'm taking some honors and ap classes, but I don't feel superior to these fuckers in my classes. I need to be the man. the one who surpasses all of them. how god, please tell me how.

First thing you have to do is convince your mom to buy two supplements for you:

* Creatine
* Methelenyne blue.

Find the studies on how they effect brain performance, and print them out, then explain how you'll pay her back with interests when you're rich from IQ and grade maxing.

Next is your sleep:
* Have a wind down routine that you do everyday no matter what to relax before bed. This will enhance sleep quality which will enhance intelligence.
* Set your alarm for the same time everymorning even on weekends. A consistent sleep schedule is important for intelligence.

Next is exercise:
Exercise at least every other day. This increases Brain Derived Neutrophic factor which over time will increase your intelligence.

As far as food, the most important thing you need to do is avoid processed foods. So no ice cream, no cereal, no bread, no fast foods, no pasta, no noodles.

If your mom doesn't buy foods like vegtables, and non-canned meats, and fruit, try to encourage her to do that. You can find studies on how it will help her loose weight to encourage her.

NEVER do drugs, never do pot, never smoke, never drink alcohol.

The most important thing you need is self belief. The belief that even if a problem is hard, that you can solve it, even if you get stuck and no solutions are comming to mind. To increase self belief imagine yourself doing and becoming what you want to do and become. Imagine often in lots of detail. One more thing about food, eat at least two eggs everyday. Eggs are a great brain food. (Also fruit and vegetables, but make sure you're getting regular eggs).
