How can I learn German quicker? Is it realistic to be able to speak some German in a couple of months if I spend 30 minutes per day to learn it?

and every german speaks english
most german people are old

watch cartoons or shows intended for small children or any other sort of media that you can understand %90. if you know absolutely nothing i recommend learning 100/250 of the most common words through an app like anki then go to sentence mining
also try to think in your target language from day one
