My maxilla is recessed with a short ramus, giving me an unbalanced facial third, unfit shaped lips, and ruining my upper face. I’ve done some research but I couldn’t find ways to naturally fix my shortened ramus besides chewing and recessed maxilla besides headgear and basic tongue posture with nose breathing combos. Are there any ways to fix my recessed maxilla and short ramus naturally including orthopedic headgear?

try an MSE and grow a mustache

what does this have to do with making money :what:

I very rarely reply with high-IQ stuff nowadays since no one cares for it, but your only option at the ripe old age of 15 is a forward-growth headgear appliance or towelpulling

Braces (usually, unless you have Damon braces) act as a giant metal fence around your teeth, holding them in place; therefore, no forward growth can occur naturally with braces holding your sutures in place.

Chewing won't help your short ramus, as a short ramus signifies stunted facial growth rather than downward facial growth (if you're truly recessed). Therefore, chewing will only grow your masseter muscles, which may either make you look good or bloated, depending on your insertions and the size you've grown them to.

Sounds good, ill try that towel method out and do some more research on what could develop my face long term naturally.

Get cant an mse rn due to the fact i have braces and for some reason my top teeth are wide/normal while my bottom teeth and narrow
doctors gave me a palate expander while i had braces at 12

not really sure what your question is here since your mentioning the maxilla and mandible which are 2 different parts of your jaws and need different applainces to stimulate growth in each

if you want forwards maxillary growth which si what you said you typically need face mask appliances like this dude said but your a bit too old so you might want to check if your suturues and plates and stuff are all still open and malleable

if you want your maxilla to be widened MSE would help and for you is good because it works even on older patients

Yeah im going to ask them about it my next appointment since my bottom teeth is already narrow and top teeth will eventually become more narrow since they removed my lateral incisor.
