fix neck posture + necksercise , bimax, 3d eye implants to get rid of upper eyelid exposure, rhinoplast,, worrk out, maybe jaw implant aswell

I rate low tier normie. A little bit Below average.

besidfes what = alreay mentined. i like to add:
* fillers for cheeckbones (weak now).
* maybe heavy stubble
