How can i lose face fat

I’m 185cm 80kg how much more weight should i lose and how do i lose it without losing muscle(i know i have bad acne I’m trying to get accutane)

Acne often causes your face to be bloated. So you might not necessarily have to loose fat, "just" debloat, aka heal acne

lose fat, get 6 pack, can't spot reduce fat in your face unless you remove buccal fat

Thank you, but my acne doesn’t seem to go away ive had it bad for 2/3 years thats also when i started skin care but nothing seems to help. Is it possible that nicotine might be causing it? Or is it just hormonal

Its probably the nicotine, im not sure though. You should probably look into the efffects on nicotine further than the known stuff for your body but rather your skin.
