I'm 22 years old, I weigh 114 kilos (250 pounds ), I'm 1.90m (6,2 feet) tall, I have a lot of muscle, but I want to lose my fat quickly, how can I do this more quickly and effectively, I'm already in a calorie deficit of 1200kcal, and i do deadlift

Deadlifting is neither here nor there. I would not deadlift on a deficit. Do a basic lifting routine to retain muscle and diet… for a while. Nothing fast will happen. Any fast weight loss is water and or muscle.

I don't understand people who are always looking for shortcuts, especially when it comes to their health. There's no such thing as rapid fat loss, at least not without negative consequences. Calorie restriction is cope, crash diets are cope, appetite suppressants are cope at best and in some cases potentially harmful or even life-threatening. The whole concept of dieting is bullshit for most people. It's not sustainable. It's not natural. We're the only species on this planet that voluntarily starve themselves and learned to ignore their natural instincts. Wild animals don't have this problem and it's not genetic, because the same animals do get fat quite easily when removed from their natural environment and artificially fed.

The reason why 90% of people are failing to manage their weight successfully is because they never address the root cause; an abusive relationship with food and poor social conditioning. Sure, you can lose a bunch of weight quickly, but it'll more than likely come back sooner rather than later, if you don't fix the underlying problem and change your habits. Take this from someone who's literally cut his body weight in half without dieting.

If your mentally strong:

1500 Cal
You can easily eat 200g protein on this amount of cal by eating quark, chicken, lean beef and whey

use potatoes as a carb source

4 Hours of HIT cardio a week + 20-30k steps a day

DNP and GLP-1 agonists like sema, tirz and reta can obviously help

If your advice is don’t eat breakfast lunch and dinner and eat one meal a day instead and days etc, you basically just dieted.
