How can i lower cortisol levels in the most efficient way

I have huge cortisol levels mainly because of shit sleep shitty enviorment school letting those aside this is causing my face to bloat besides holding some baby fat because im 16 bur besides this i eat clean and im 10%bf but most of the bloat is mainly caused by huge cortisol what would be some good supplements and effiecient ways to lower it and cause less bloating

u literaly answered your own question, fix ur sleep(basic tutorials for this u can search). and the school part is harder but either just completely ignore school and dont worry abt it or somehow find a way to make it enjoyable. If you can brainwash ur self into thinking school is good it might help with the stress.
 
Tried it many ways dont know simply what is the problem i even tried supplements ashwaganda magnesium melatonin hella things tried working out earlier in the morning to avoid getting the cortisol levels up later in the day quit caffeine i eat clena avoid eating a lot before bed i do all of those things nothing works probably the bad dreams about being a bloatcell for life make me avoid sleeping

Honestly there’s a lot you can do to reduce your cortisol levels overall. Mainly exercise, focusing on a good diet, fish or things high in omega 3 are good and most vegetables. What exactly is making you not be able to get adequate sleep? I know this all seems like pretty basic ass stuff but if you really want to lower cortisol and it’s a big issue for you and you can’t get good sleep then keep supplementing ashawaganda, take L theanine, exercise and try to handle your stress better. if you’re not pleased with your results then keep being consistent and trying
