how can i make my eyelashes look freshly dyed again

my eye area looks insane in the picture on the right when i dye my lashes black but after a few days it wears off and theres a big difference to me the other picture is a few days after dyeing them
how can i keep them looking like theyre freshly dyed?

i agree ive been using the ordinary lash serum but i dont see much of a difference i dont want to use latisse because of the side effects what would you recommend?
