dont use shampoo maybe perm

Could start by getting your barber to layer your hair. Go for something like a wolf cut, but ultimately comes down to do you have wavy hair. You could use texture power(uppercut deluxe is what i use) as well to kind of fix that flatness, also I personally use aussie miracle curl shampoo and find it to help my hair look more poofy. pic of my hair below which is similar to rira
