How can i make up for horrible conditions during puberty

When I was around 13-14 I would eat garbage food have horrible sleep and would not leave my room. I'm 17 now and since then I've stopped eating bad started sports and slept better what else can I do to make up for what I did

You cant, maybe with surgery but theres things like androgen receptors and a whole lot of other shit you just cant fix, all because you were raised like shit
