For lateral canthus? You could do lateral cantho, but depending on the positioning of your orbits it will look uncanny

Now, if you did bilateral tripod osteotomy to improve both orbits and PFL, then paired that with lateral cantho, well... let's just say you'd never worry about this problem again

All these surgeries are sick as fuck but everytime i search them up i get flashed with ppl getting their eyes pulled out and it grosses me out like shit.

I would love to do these though, the only problem with doing those that target the bone is literally only knowing my face will be split open; money, healing and everything else doesn't bother me that much.

Tbh i might stick with the basics like rhyno and cantho (and possibly implants) and i'll just try to accept myself. Thanks for the advice though
