Place phone on something stable at eye level, set up a timer to 10 seconds and move six feet (2 meters) away from the phone.
Once you have that picture, put it on paint or photoshop or gimp, calculate the amount of pixels between your pupils and divid it by the amount of pixels from pupil to upper lip.

I saw pictures above, your midface is ok, nothing to worry, you cant change it anyways. Take care of your cognitive ability instead.
