when you use the selection tool in paint you can see the dimensions of it in the bottom left.

I would watch out if you use a pic of you, it might be distorted by the camera. Or you could do it in front of the mirror with a simple ruler even though it looks autistic af.

i did it with a photo of myself in a mirror 6 feet away.

i think the way i did it is pretty fool proof tbh. take a pic of yourself in a mirror from ~6 feet away and measure in photoshop. i wasn’t surprised by my results so it’s prolly pretty accurate
