Just find your people. Find something your interested in, find others that are interested. Or people with the same humour, basically anything that connects you. Get to know them, and organise stuff. Obviously your going to be hitting them up first but if you guys click they'll want to do things to so they'll hit you up the next time.

Do that for a while and then demote yourself to the people below them. For example, I'm guessing your a teenager, just bootlick the popular guys who are essentially at the top of a larger group of kids, and then once you become slightly close, just become close with the larger group and you'll fit in there. Literally what I did, now I'd consider myself at the top. Yes it sounds faggoty, but doing fuck all and asking how to get people to hit you up to do stuff is faggotier.
