I can get over it but id rather not have to use 50% of my thinking power just to focus on
sounding ok when talking

it all comes down to self practice really if u wanna change the way u talk and that's water, just sit down control ur voice try speaking gently and clearly as a stim for like 2hrs a day and in like 2 weeks u should be able to talk in a non psychopathic rapist killer way
