Be social, hang out with funny people and eventually you will be subconsciously "stealing" some of their personality traits, make sure to ask questions or talk about topics that can become deeper, add a comment or a question whenever they talk about something (ex. if you ask them about their favourite artist, ask how did they find out about them, what is their favorite song etc).
