How can I recover fast from training?

I have a boxing match in a few months and I am currently training everyday. The Problem is that my body fucking hurts after training a few days in a row. It is so painful to even walk. How I can accelerate the pace of recovery?
 
incorporate foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (like salmon and flaxseeds), antioxidants (like berries and leafy greens), and turmeric or ginger to help reduce inflammation, also using ice baths or cold packs on sore muscles can help reduce inflammation and pain. and sleep 7-9 hours each night ofc
